We are looking for subcontractors willing to travel within 30 miles of their office to complete maintenance work on foreclosed home and distressed residential properties. The scope of work includes, grass-cuts, initial secures (lock changes), window/door board ups, light remodeling, and debris removal. It is very important to be able to use electronics (as all of the forms and pictures will be sent through apps or email) Since this is an independent contractor type of relationship it is crucial to have your own tools and equipment and materials to complete jobs.
