has your fish turned into a MONSTER need new home
I am a MONSTER fish keeper. I have multiple tanks. If you have unwanted, giant, overgrown fish , I'll take them for you and you will know they got a good home with plenty of space. keeping fresh and salt currently
some tanks include:
600 g indoor pond w/ 100 g sump , 32 g DIY filter in sump, running 5,000 gph pump through media such as lava rock, scrubbies, carbon, and large 17" pads. return water is gravity fed through bulkheads and drops like a waterfall further aerating the water. two air lines, and 1,000 watt temp controlled heater. concrete blocks add to the biological filtration and provide hiding places. growing bog plants in sump under spot lighting. nighttime underwater lights turn on to keep fish from getting stressed under total darkness.
300 g exhibit tank w/ 50 g sump DIY, and a evaporation 10 g tank on timer with own pump and air stone. features two pre filtered overflows running 3,600 gph down through 1-1/2 pvc to sump with adjusting valves, and returned at 3500 gph pump through 1" pvc. sump has four pipes flowing water in to different media including bio balls, plastic scrubbies, filter pads, polishing pads, and carbon. there is also a canister filter running. the sump also has a float valve that cuts power to pump just in case an overflow malfunctions.
150 g pond w/ 300 watt heater, 400 gph pump running a box filter through filter pads and carbon. an additional sponge filter running 300 gph to add flow. spot lamp lighting, and air line for more. lava rock substrate.
