Hello everyone, I have 2 side by side lots out in Hawaii that are about 7 miles from the beach. Lots are wooded and private and there is electricity at the street. I have decided I no longer want to hold on to these as I have another one out there that we'll be building on. Taxes are an even $100.00 per lot per year and there is a road upkeep fee of $85.00 per lot per year. There are no HOA dues.
