I have a 3-unit rental property in Brattleboro with baseboard heating. I am looking to split one of the zones to add another thermostat, ultimately turning a two-bedroom into two one-bedrooms. I am going to be gutting out the space in June, so it will be open and much easier to do the job then. The boiler was recently replaced, with a service panel added for ease of access.
