This is about a major lawsuit.
I have come so far on this. I don't believe in suing people, but I had no choice. The company promised to pay me, but hasn't.
Many people besides me, have sued them.
They had always been polite to me and returned my calls.
They had a high priced attorney call me 5 times. He didn't help at all.
The Seattle Federal court approved my complaint. The defendant was served by a professional company, almost three weeks ago. I sent the proof of service to the court.
The defendant has not answered, and now they do not call me back.
They have just two days to answer.
I am so concerned that their attorney or insurance company, will try to do something tricky, so I really need help.
They do not respond to me anymore. Legally, they must provide their insurance company information to me. I have asked and they won't do it.
They have ruined my life, and that of my family too.Â
Absolutely devastated.
On the other hand, they never denied anything to me, in all the times I did speak with them, and I think they may let this go to a default judgment, because they know I have an excellent case. They also know I am an honest person, plus there are many other people who have sued them.
I do not believe for a minute, that they will let this go to a trial. It is illegal water contamination, and my complaint lists both criminal and civil. It is a private water company.
They have absolutely no way out of this.
It should be very easy for you.
My purpose in putting my ad on, of course, is to as soon as possible, have the actual cash in my hands, not just a promise, etc.
