Front End Developer needed
Hello, I'm Dillon Hawes I do user experience design and visual design. I'm starting a new consulting business on the side and am in need of a strong HTML,CSS, Javascript developer who also wouldn't mind breaking into Wordpress nonsense! Daily, I am asked to created strong websites for clients and I have all the capabilities to do so. Yet, I am at the point in my career where I'd like to pick up side work to keep me fully employed when I am on and off contract with large agencies and enterprise companies. I'd like to be able to bid large projects yet without a sense of a developers timeline I know how dangerous this can be. I am a strong communicator and have worked with many different styles of development mainly (agile). I am in need of a partner with the development skills to help me hit deadlines and truly create great experiences. This will be a part-time gig! Yet, it has the potential to be whatever we'd like it to be. I will be bidding all projects and giving all UX recommendations and I'd like to lean on your expertise once there is a UX handoff with fully designed assests. Your rate is your rate! And as long as you can ball park a range of hours we can keep all projects extremely profitable. I will pay you independently per project via 1099 or W2.
