The layout is modeled after the Granite Gorge & Northern found in Atlas' 7 step-by-step HO railroads. The layout is 5'x9' when assembled and comes in two 4.5'x5' pieces. I built it several years ago and just don't have the room to store it anymore.
The track is installed on cork roadbed and some of the ballast has been put down, but otherwise, the scenery is basically unfinished. The power leads to the track are underneath the plywood, allowing for easy connection. The track alone cost $300+. Asking $100 cash for entire track setup.
I also have a large bin of HO scale train cars for sale. $2 a piece. Will upload pictures of train cars on Friday.
All come from a non smoking household. Great Christmas gift or start for someone interested in model railroads.
