Sweet Shiba Inu and Terrific Tabby

Sadly the untidy household I'm living in has deteriorated into full-blown hoarding. I'm not able to move out and take them with me. Because I can't reliably keep them safe while the household works to improve living conditions, I am seeking new homes for my two pets ASAP. They don't have to be re-homed together; both would love another canine/feline brother or sister. They are in good physical condition and up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm and flea prevention, and so forth. However, the kitty has some behavioral tics that will be challenging.
