The matches are sane, no face damage allowed. no biting, no scratching, no nudity, no audience and no sex. The match must last 30 minutes of actual fight time with the winner determined by the first 3 submissions afterwards. We have many women that have enjoyed doing this for years. There has been no major injuries outside of sore muscles because we take many breaks and focus on safety.
