This individual will be responsible for:
Schedule appointments for our sales team.
Call /appointment tracking
Confirm appoints on a daily basis.
Ability to think and react fast and to adapt to situations
Ability to do light research on specific issues
Customer service experience.
Strong communications, relationship and people skills
Demonstrate assertiveness while being responsive to clients needs
Ability to listen and overcome client objections
Good computer and internet skills
Open availability
The ideal candidate does not need previous phone experience, even though if she has, that is a plus. Does need an upbeat yet professional personality, and the desire to exceed monthly goals.
