I am a loving mother of 2 and I have been caring for children for 15 years. The past 8 years I have cared for children as a career not a side job. I have a degree in teaching and sign language. I decided to start a daycare to have more time with my children but it has grown into an amazing opportunity to pour knowledge into young minds. I have a deep passion for children and I consider myself very good at communicating with them on their level while still nurturing them. We are like family to every child that enters our care. Since beginning the business I have had an amazing time helping raise many children and no one has ever left our care unless graduating to preschool. In fact we have turned away many people because we won't allow our daycare to get overcrowded. I am cpr certified, and licensed and we have a fenced in back yard. I teach with a very special curriculum that we purchase every month including reading, math, spelling, music, and sign language to all ages! Even infants believe it or not! Hot meals provided, and lots of exercise since we live right near a soccer field and we have a fenced in back yard with loads of toys! We also have a 6 seater buggy that we stroll around in every morning which the children love!! Excellent references upon request including teachers at James River High School.
