• We are a working farm (primarily hay) and full-service horse ranch including boarding, training, lessons, transportation, breeding, showing, and more. We are a high-end boutique show barn and facility with high standards across the board.
• We are seeking reliable and hard-working individuals to fill multiple shifts and days seven days per week.
• Our facilities are open from 8:00 AM ET through 8:00 PM ET daily, unless otherwise specified for events, holidays, or other special situations. However, Horse Barn and Farm Laborer schedules can begin as early as 6:00 AM ET depending on rotation and needs.
• NO Horse Experience is required, we have Barn Managers and Equine Specialist that will provide training as needed.
• Horse Barn and Farm Laborer Requirements:
• Required to begin work at 5:00 AM ET or 6:00 AM ET as scheduled and work until all assignments and tasks are completed;
• Required to clean stalls and replace bedding (shavings) daily;
• Required to clean all areas of barns and assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities.
• Required to assist Barn Manager(s) and Facilities Manager as needed;
• Serious inquires only; this is physically demanding work and all work is required to be completed in a timely manner.
• We DO NOT offer housing or allow tiny homes, mobile homes, or other mobile trailers to be stored and or lived in on the farm.
