I am looking to do a 1/2 lease on my daughters horse. Jake is an 11 year old Mustang/Quarter Horse cross. Used to be a lesson horse for college students. Just had a 30 day tune up done on him. You can use our saddle and equipment. He's a great horse and a sweet boy loves attention. My daughter is 12 and has ridden him in 4h and in the indoor area. He's kept at 3Gems area were there is an indoor and out door area as well as trails to ride down. Jake is not afraid of cars or equipment. Please call for more information.
