Please note that I charge by the "total amount of cleaning hours " it takes to do the job, per cleaner. I am offering discounted and professional "general" house cleaner services at $35 an hour to the Berkeley, Albany, areas. I have a 2 hour minimum for small residences --3 hour for mid size residences, and a 4 hour minimum for larger residences, especially for first time or deep cleanings.
A "deep" cleaning requires more time and specialized cleaning, therefore costs $5 more per each deep cleaning hour, so please request it at initial consultation.
(Example: Deep cleaning is constituted when an area has been extremely/frequently used and/or has not been cleaned in three weeks or more, needs more detailed cleaning, or is in move in/out condition, or when any inside stove or refrigerator, hard water stains, or kitchen cabinets face is required.)
**I will do the bedding, vacuum, sweep, mop, disinfect, wipe and dust rooms -- with attention to every daily used surface.
**I want you to be happy with your cleaning so I will only use your cleaning supplies, but under special circumstances, such as a move in, I will supply the cleaning fluids, broom, and mop.
