My husband and I are looking to purchase a home in Cheyenne. We want to be north of lincolnway and looking at homes in the avenues, western hills, out towards 4-mile etc. (nothing south of town or in sun valley). We are looking to spend between 130 and 150k and would like a place that has potential and can be improved with some remodeling.
