Looking for responsible roommate to share 2 bedroom home. Large room with plenty of closet space. Hardwood floors, tons of storage, eat-in-kitchen, large dining room, large living room, fenced in back yard, front porch and parking. No pets please, no laundry, but 1 min from laundromat, I walk there. I work quite a bit, but when I'm home I like to have a cocktail or two and just relax. I'm very easygoing and get along with most. Just have necessary income to pay rent on time and half utilities (electric & oil). I'm a male but don't care what you are as long as you don't come with drama or excuses as to why you can't pay the rent (like my last roommate). Full use of everything, minutes from bus lines, commuter rail, supermarket, dive bar, fantastic tacos and liquor store ;). I like to cook and recently started working out again...wow is minutes away too. Literally 30 seconds from a public park/playground. I have a daughter that I go see on weekends. Utilities are really low now that winter is over, spent about $1,000 in heating bills this winter, but it was wicked cold. Half the rent, half the utilities (electric $30/month max & oil).
