I have two duplex rabbit/small animal hutches for outdoor use in good condition. I had them stacked in a two story configuration, but can put legs on the "top" hutch if you'd like. I built/used them to house rabbits but sold all my rabbits and have no use for the hutches. They'd also work great for other small animals, chickens, quail, etc. $75 per duplex or $120 for both.
