I have had a successful business with great reviews from clients for over 20 years, I have over 10 years experience cleaning private residential homes and an event service business for the last 3 years and over 10 years experience as a restaurant manager. I have carved a niche of my own by customizing my home services to the unique needs of each person and family we work for. We can do the extras that other companies don't offer. Examples of the extras are: Organizing, packing, errands, grocery shopping, laundry, horse/pet care, yark work, and event services. I am a wife and mother of a 4 year old boy so I understand what it takes to run a household and do my best to help the families that I work for. I have cleaned small 1 bathroom homes up to large 5 bathroom/5000 square foot homes. I am careful and detailed and I have the knowledge to properly clean the unique surfaces in your home, such as wood floors, marble, granite, and smooth top ranges.
A basic home cleaning includes:
Bathrooms: Shower (clean & dried), tub & surround, sinks, counters, mirrors, toilet, spot clean windows, floors, & empty garbage's. When needed light fixtures, cupboard fronts, & baseboards.
Kitchen: Stove (I know how to take them apart), microwave (in & out), sinks, front of refrigerator, dishwasher, & oven, countertops, floors, & empty garbage. When needed cupboard fronts, & baseboards. On special request I can clean inside refrigerator & clean oven.
Laundry room: surfaces of washer & dryer, counters, floors, empty garbage.
Other Rooms: Dust (including dusty objects), spot clean windows & doors, cobwebs, window ledges, & clean/vacuum floors. I always vacuum my way out so there are no footprints in your fresh carpet.

That is the basic housecleaning that is offered but will happily customize to your needs.

I supply all the basic cleaning supplies, mop, broom, cleaning towels. I do not carry a vacuum. I usually use the clients but can bring one on request. If you have special supplies we can discuss how you would like to do that.

My rates are $25/hr per person per hour with a 4 hour/$100 minimum charge. The basic cleaning of the average 2 Â? bathroom 2500 square foot home is usually the minimum $100.00.

I am meticulous, trustworthy, thorough, and am excellent at meeting the specific and unique needs of each family we work for. I am a very detailed housekeeper. I am professional, conscientious, reliable, punctual, personable, self-motivated and I have reliable transportation.

I am currently located in Bonney Lake and will work within a 30 mile drive. Areas I cover are: Bonney Lake, Graham, Spanaway, Kapasowin area, Lake Tapps, Lakeland Hills, Sumner, Orting, Puyallup, South Prairie, & some parts of Tacoma. I am a country girl and prefer to work out in the country and will drive a bit further for rural clients.
