Not looking to rent to own; or lease purchase; I have my own bisness I have a 695 credit score I don't have credit problems being self employed can't prove my income my bisness is delt with mostly cash I own a $100,000 piece of land I paid for in three years but can't get a morage to build my house looking for a nice home a fixer upper or a turn key house it doesn't matter my oppions are open as long as someone is willing to give me a true morage if you can help me please call Jeff
