I have a piece of sheet metal that was laser cut to shape. See picture below.
I want to mount this on my wall as a display. I need to mount this on a piece of 1/2" or 3/4" wood, doesn't matter what kind, but has to have the same shape as the laser cut sheet metal piece.
I might want to hollow sections out to place lights and color glass ( 3 open sections by horse's head ) so it will be backlit in the colors of Italian Flag (green, white, red) . Provisions for a few AA batteries and a switch would be nice as well. Main horse area will be yellow tinted glass, also backlit with lights.
