I have a rental property that needs painting/touch up. The house is about 1800 sqft.Three bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, two hallways, family room, and foyer need touch up. This should be an easy job. Since it is touch up, you shouldn't have to get near the trim. A few places on the trim will need touch up as well. Living room ceiling will need to be entirely repainted. A few doors will need to be painted. If I did this myself, it would take me about two days. Everything is out of the house. The pictures show only some of the areas to be touched up.
