I have over 20 yrs experience in this industry installing & repairing all brands and types of window treatments/blinds/shades. I am a Hunter Douglas Master Installer and SOMFY Expert. We repair Hunter Douglas products as well as most other brands.Often cords break because another part is damaged and causing wear. Not only do we replace the broken cord but also any parts that are causing premature wear. This allows us to warranty our repair work against repeat failure. If the same thing breaks within 3 years we repair it for FREE.
