im looking for a jack of all trades (all metro detroit)
i need guys with skills lots of suburban houses and lots detroit
$100 per day unlimited work. or per job. i have unlimited houses to rehab. over 900 at this moment
need people with skills in
pex plumbing , drywall , ceramic tile, and mud and paint, roofs siding.floors can pay more to right people that are trustworthy
i would like a few full time crews a people but if you have decent skills we can work you part time
you need to have your own ride and at-least own basic power and hand tools.
you will be paid by your knowledge and have to work at min work 20hrs weekly ,,
max you can work is 80hrs weekly.unless paid by job then just meet deadline .we do everything from top to bottom on homes so any skills are good. i attached few other pics as well to giv you lil ideal
