My wife and I have been looking and looking for a 3 bedroom house with a garage. We have a 6 year old boy as well as a 8 month old baby boy. We do not smoke, drink, or do drugs. Our average yearly income is $70,000+ We have been looking very hard and just cannot seem to find anything that fits our needs. I really need to get my family out of the neighborhood that we are in now. When we moved in two years ago, it was winter, nobody was out on the streets, summer came and holy moly! We decided then, that we would try to stick it out and just keep to ourselves. We cannot even let our son play outside at this point. We would buy a house, but I have a small amount of student loan debt that we are paying off and she has Dr. bills from having surgery that we just about have paid off.
