Thrive Outdoors is looking for private contractor candidates to fill Group Leader and Life Navigation instructor positions. We are looking for individuals with real life experience and willingness to attend ongoing training that includes "Mental Health First Aid", and "Crisis Prevention & Intervention". Qualified candidates will be expected to market our leadership & life navigation groups, facilitate and advance these groups, and plan for adventure trips (transportation rentals, waivers, and other details). Thrive Outdoors has specific programming and curriculum that each instructor will be expected to utilize. Thinking outside the box and creating an environment of acceptance, tolerance, and stress reduction is paramount in all Thrive Outdoors programming.
