This is a great position for someone who wants a flexible schedule. The amount of work will vary each month.

This is a 1099 position and you are paid once a month. Please be sure that you have funds to get you by until pay day to help with fuel, equipment etc. A background check is also required. This is paid by the inspector.

Contracted services will include:

• Taking digital photos of residential properties
• Documenting any hazards identified at the property
• Determining the type and nature of the property's construction materials
• Sketching the property and premises
Specific qualifications for the contract include:
• Complete background check

Please, DO NOT respond if you won't pass a motor vehicle or criminal background check and if you're not willing to pay for the background check..

You are paid once a month. So you will need money to carry you through until pay
