Rhythm and timing difficulties are not uncommon and are easily fixed! (With the correct practice of course.)
I have been teaching rhythm to musicians, singers and dancers for over 30 years. I started getting my first studio work after finishing some of the rhythm studies that I can turn you on to. (And I had already been gigging for many years!) And by the way, both Beck and his bassist, Justin Meldal-Johnson, did rhythm programs with me in their youth. Really. :-)
