Job Title: Helpdesk Support Technician
Shift: Part-time, shift will most likely be between the hours of 7am- 12pm, but we are looking for flexibility
*Must be available for 3 weeks of Full Time training 8am to 5pm.
Pay Rate: $13.00/hour
Job Description:
-100% phone support- responds to customer technical problems/issues related to software, applications and networking
-High volume, fast paced call center environment (24/7)
-PC software and application support experience needed
Requirements:
-Must be flexible with schedule
-Must be able to pass a technical screen, previous I.T. experience is needed
-Advanced written and verbal communication skills needed
-Must be able to pass an extensive drug test and background
