Just moved into this house. Jacuzzi is an above ground, have no clue what's wrong with it, need someone to look at it and give me a quote. Tried turning it on, didn't turn on, not sure it's even plugged in. Also very dirty needs to get cleaned. Pool is in-ground, in great shape and has a heater but won't turn on.
