A band with some starter gigs on the horizon, including a professional video shoot, is looking for a keyboardist who can play classic jazz, blues, and instrumental pop. We also work with a vocalist on some tunes. This'll get you into a network of musicians for whom you can sub when they are not available in corporate, wedding, and festival gigs. I have 10 years experience coordinating bands, and am a competent bass player. For this particular group, we're also considering competent players in genres other than jazz, who may want to hone their jazz improv and knowledge of standards, as we are willing to devote some time to rehearsal.
