Meet Santa. Santa is completely amenable to do whatever it is you want to do. Whether you want a partner on outdoor adventures or just a buddy to chill with on the couch while you binge-watch Netflix. Santa's big velvety head invites patting. He has a nicely balanced energy and a desire to be your loving companion. Santa enjoys walks, wearing a gentle-leader, and does very well meeting new dogs on leash. Santa is a calm dude. Santa does well interacting with other dogs his size. But, he should not live with small pets that behave like prey, including cats. Santa knows, sit and down, and is learning, paw. And, he will come when called, within the fenced yard. Santa is left loose in the house during the day with a marrow bone to occupy him. At night, he sleeps in a crate. In both cases, he is quiet and non-destructive. Santa hasn't met children yet, so we recommend a home with only older children. But, we'll be sure to update you, as we learn more about sweet Santa-Paws. I've often heard people say that they wish they could keep the spirit of the holiday season all year long. Well, what better way than to adopt a dog who was rescued from the death-row euthanasia list. Adopt Santa and everyday can feel like Christmas!
