Applications can faxed to or dropped off at MADACC at 3839 W Burnham St. West Milwaukee. You can call to get an email address to send it to.

MADACC Dog Adoption Fee:
The adoption fee for dogs is $75 ( $12 license fee if dog is over 5-months and will reside in Milwaukee County).

All MADACC Dog Adoptions include:
Up-to-date with all age appropriate Vaccinations
Spay or Neuter Surgery
Microchip (includes registration)
Heartworm testing
Treatments for fleas/worms as needed

MADACC Adult Cat Adoption Fees:
$25 for an adult cat 6 months and up
$75 for kittens under 6 months
($12 license fee if cat is over 5-months and will reside in Milwaukee County).

All MADACC Cat Adoptions include:

FeLV/FIV testing
