I have a two bedroom one bath apartment in a very nice area of town that I keep very clean.
The rent for your room is $550 and I pay $12 an hour for labor. You are expected to work 45,5 hr a month for the business that I own every month or help me around the apartment until
you have payed of your $ 550 rent. If I have more work for you during the month than the 45,5 hours you will be compensated $12 hr for every hour of work.
You can not pick and chose your schedule and must be avalayble for work when work is scheduled when it comes to the business but the work timetable for help around the house is flexible, as long as things get don.
I am a very laid-back 45 yo male who dislikes, drugs, drama, and negativity.
