I completed my tiny home in November 2014, and am seeking a small parcel of land in the Seattle, Olympia or Olympic Pensuila area to either purchase or lease. If leasing, I would like the property to have access to water and electricty, and would pay for that access and usage. I would need access to the property beginning August 1, 2015.
