Landscaping Property Preservation(Columbia and surrounding areas)
General Contractor seeking the right person to handle Punch List and maintenance on a large volume of homes, in addition to handyman duties and landscaping.
Work consist of grass cuts, light carpentry, handyman items.
We have thousands of properties in the area so this is a full time position.
Pay is per item or can be hourly with expenses. Great pay for those who are hard workers with attention to detail and time management skills. As stated before our average contractor/tech earns between $600-$1100 / week.
****Must have reliable Truck, Trailer, lawn equipment and basic tools. MUST have Smart phone, computer and internet****
We looking for a handyman with years of experience to maintain residential properties. The ideal candidate must have a good work ethic, be self-motivated and must be trustworthy. Must have a flexible schedule, work orders received daily and must be completed by the due Date. Due dates are between 2 and 7 days from the time the order is issued. Individual must have a valid driver's license, reliable work vehicle, basic tools and clean background.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Weekly home Inspection to Identify issues and repair
- Perform basic repairs, lock changes, debris removals, winterizations, grass cuts, tree and shrub trimming, roof patches, boarding windows, etc.
- All work requires before, during and after photos as well as condition and bid photos.
- Must document all work completed and any work needed but not yet ordered.
- All work photos and invoices are uploaded to our website daily.
- Basic home construction knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
