I am looking for someone to help me with everything from landscaping, grading and seeding, mowing, weeding, trimming, light construction, finishing, painting, etc. Basically, I am looking for someone motivated, hard working and dependable to work with me, or alone, and follow instruction. Must be punctual and willing to work hard early mornings on weekends (6:30 am sometimes). Pay will be commensurate with skill level. Amount of hours available will also depend on skill level. Initially, 6-12 hours a weekend. More hours possible over time.

No tools or equipment required. I have everything we will need and can provide instruction for every job required. Some of the work is laborious, some is precise and skilled, some may be tedious.
At least some English required. I do speak some Spanish. I don't care if you are male or female, young or old, as long as you are reliable, trust worthy, hardworking and safe. Definitely an equal opportunity situation, but no bullshit will be tolerated.
