We are a large family (10--2 adults, 8 children) seeking a long-term rental, owner carry, or lease/purchase option; we have the ability to pay substantial down payment. Need lease to begin no later than 1 August 2015 to allow for move-in prior to the start of the school year.

Need 4-5 bedrooms (in-law apartments or basement bedrooms OK) and hoping for at least 2 bathrooms. References and proof of income available.

Palermo, China, Vassalboro, Whitefield, Jefferson, Windsor preferred.

We do not need to move in immediately, but we do need to secure a home as soon as possible; the home need not be available now.
