Midwest Hardwood Floor Co., is looking to hire a reliable lead person for refinishing hardwood floors.
Tech must have at least 15 years of experience in sanding & refinishing of hardwood floors. Must be able to run all machines and be knowledge with machines and problem solve if they break down. Must be able to customize stains & work with all types of finishes.
Im looking for honest, clean cut, quality minded people only. Prefer non smokers, must have reliable transportation to get to work, must have a VALID drivers license. Must be able to lead a crew from start to finish.
I do not tolerate any B/S on jobsite, you must be professional at all times.
