Seal Smart is currently seeking a lead man/Installer to travel and work within our St.Louis region. The crews travel anywhere within a 75-100 mile radius of St.Louis. Our warehouse is in Collinsville IL. This is just where the truck and trailer is stored, the work to be done can be anywhere within the radius.

This position will ensure that all safety guidelines are met, be responsible for all equipment, and ensure that the company's installation process is being completed in accordance with company guidelines. We seek someone with a background in construction, and experience with all types of small equipment. The candidate will be organized and detailed oriented, and will follow company policies and procedures. We seek to fill this position as soon as we find the right individual.
