Are you are interested in learning the art of recording to either a DAW (digital audio workstation) or analog multitrack tape? If so, I'm here to help!
My name is Jason and I have been teaching recording and mixing/mastering methods for over 5 years and I can help you learn to get quality recordings. I offer affordable and easy, hands on lessons that will have you ready to make music after only one meeting. I tailor each lesson to you and what style of music you are most interested in making/recording and also work to familiarize you with all the different aspects of recording. I do one-on-one lessons either at my apartment where I have a basic recording set-up, but can also come to you if you prefer.
I'm a songwriter, performer, and music production teacher here in NYC and a Berklee College of Music graduate with over 10 years experience on both digital and analog recording equipment. I also offer lessons in anything from songwriting/composing, to playing guitar, bass, and the piano/synth.
Lessons are $50 per hour and a half. Please feel free to inquire with any questions.
