Legal advice NH Labor Laws in AG work (Manchester)

I work for a local Landscaping Company. I have been there for 3 years and I am 1 of only a few females that work there. My question is, what are the labor laws or requirements concerning bathroom accessibility? Recently my employer put into place a "no store" policy during lunch time. I used to use my 1/2 hr lunch break to use facilities close by if necessary and was recently diciplined and sent home without pay for doing so? We have been strictly told not to go on customers properties or to ever enter a customers house, so this limits options. I work 8-10 hrs a day and in a day consume a minimum of a gallon of water in that time. When I have to go, I have to go, and I try to do it at a time when I am off the clock and not on a customers billed time, or at a time where use of the vehicle would interfere with the jobs progress? Is it legal for my employer to deny my rights to facility use and if so how do I persue this without getting fired? The other girls use the woods but I refuse as I think its disrespectful and morally wrong! PLEASE help me! thank!
