I am a disabled single Mom,in Fairbanks. I am in need of a companion dog to help to keep me calm. And to help with my 4 year old son's early childhood developmental delay resulting in delayed speech and fine motor skills. I would like to find a dog that is no bigger than 15 lbs. that I could have trained. This means that I need a puppy or young adult. I do not have a lot of money but I could pay a small re-homing fee. I am required by the landlord to have its temperament checked by a vet, shots must be current and it must be spayed or neutered. Hypoallergenic dogs are preferred but not required. Thank you for your time. My son has asked me for "small red dog, please please please" (color isn't a deal breaker)
