Apartment complex in the south suburbs is currently accepting resumes & applications for a positions available immediately and through mid August. The position is to work a minimum of 25 hours per week performing basic maintenance & cleaning, work orders, unit turnovers and most importantly snow removal. Applicants must have daytime availability Monday - Friday from 8am -2pm and available on call for snow removal in the winter months. This is not a paid position however the company does provide a private 1 bedroom apartment and pays your utilities.
