QR Code Link to This Post My mom, Marilyn Shapiro, needs someone to live with her in Kings Point, Delray Beach and help with food shopping, errands, some doctor's appointments and meal preparation.

She has a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. You'd have your own bedroom and bathroom in exchange for helping my mom with these basic tasks.

You need to be:
- Female (she's more comfortable with a woman)
- Must have your own car.
- Be a good roommate, friendly, nice, trustworthy and don't mind talking/chatting. My mom is a very outgoing and social person and would like a roommate who is personable. (we will also check references, of course)

You will receive:
- Free room and board
- All utilities (cable with most channels and you have a TV in your room, electric, Wi-Fi, etc.) are included
- Washer and dryer in apartment
- Access to fully equipped kitchen

This is not a job as much as it as a barter arrangement. You are a good roommate, keep an eye on my mom, help her with basic stuff and in exchange, you have a really nice place to live at no cost.
