Looking For A Decendant Of G H Stearns,Grand Nephew Of John Hancock
I am searching for a descendant of G H Stearns, born in 1857.
Mr. Stearns apparently was a grand-nephew of Patriot John Hancock.
I have in my possession a lock of John Hancock's hair, the envelope that it was placed in, and that was given to him within the late 19th or early 20th century.
Because a lock of John Hancock's hair, and the provenance that goes along with it is extremely rare, I want to share it with a direct descendant of Mr. Stearns, the Hancock family.
If you can help, I will be, and I am certain that they/he/she will be very appreciative.
