I have several rental units that need work done.
You need to have experience in ALL these trades :
- framing
- drywall (hang, tape, mud)
- flooring (laminate flooring, tiling, your need to own a wet saw)
- electrical
- plumbing
You also need to have ALL your own tools and reliable transportation.
This is a CASH job, 40+ hours a week
If you possess ALL the above skills, have experience and have your own tools, hourly wage starts at $18,00 per hour. If you are good and make yourself indispensable, the pay could be later renegotiated.
I pay HOURLY, not by the job.
