We're a general contractor looking for a journeyman carpenter to frame-in and install a custom made interior french door for a friend.
The doors should be ready this week and I will know for sure exactly when within a few hours.
I would like to get this in motion as soon as the door is ready if your schedule permits.
This is not just a quick install of a set of doors into an existing framed in space. There is a 9' wide, 8' high arched opening that will have to be framed in - approximately 1.5' on either side & 1' above the new door - it will also require a header to be put in.
I'm willing to pay $35 an hour or we can discuss a piece-work price... I'm open to discussion. You will definitely need a helper and I am willing to compensate that individual at $15 an hour, so, a total of $50 an hour.
