ISO: A small 1-2 bedroom house for around $800 a month. Looking to get out of the apartment I'm in. Must allow my dog (he's friendly just dumb). I would prefer a house with a garage or at least a carport. I've looked all over craigslist and Zillow but unable to find something in our price range. Looking to move asap. No Apartments or shared living
