Looking for a well rounded, skilled, contractor with tools and truck to help assist in preventive maintenance on foreclosed and abandoned homes.
-Must have drivers license,truck and basic tools. Compressor, generator, etc.
-Must be able to pass a background check!!!
-NO theft/burglary/sex crimes/child crimes.
-Must have 4g smart phone to load property job pictures from job site.

We operate Mon-Sat this is a Full Time Job.
Job is 1099 as you'll be a contractor.
Jobs are payed by the job,
Pay is bi weekly 7th/22nd
Job will be 2 weeks with me for training.
Then you'll be assigned orders to complete daily.

We do whatever it takes to get things done from clean outs to roofs, grass cuts, tree removal, and a whole lot more.
