Looking for general contractor to complete repairs (MORRISVILLE, VT)
We need someone, or a team, who can do the following for us:
Install kitchen cabinetry
Repair plumbing leaks and pressure test
Replacing baseboard and window trim
Drywall repairs, including cleaning mold-damaged surfaces, wallpaper removal, installing new drywall, hung, taped and floated, painting surfaces with Kilz
Installing a hot water tank and pressure tank
Replace sub-flooring and vinyl flooring
Installing metal hand-railing
Installing a new exterior door
Installing a furnace
As a part of this job, we will need complete electronic photos of the property before you start, photos throughout the process and another complete set of photos of the property after the work is finished. These photos must be uploaded through software that we will.
